Mrs. Meléndez is responsible for directing the CCM leasing department, including procurement, follow-up, and closing of all leasing activities. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Secretarial Sciences. She is a licensed real estate broker with over twenty years of experience in international sales and marketing for the retail industry.

Aracelis Cintrón
Leasing Assistant
Ms. Cintron assists the Leasing Department with the preparation of all leasing documents and reports, searching for new tenants, and assists the Vice President with Tenant Representation presentations. She is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Commercial Advertising and has 3 years experience in sales and marketing.

Mrs. Cindya Denis is a licensed broker responsible for performing all Leasing activities. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and over 10 years of experience in Leasing Administration, Traffic, Domestic Commerce, Marketing and Management for the retail industry. Mrs. Denis is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
