Betsy Álvarez

Vice President of Administration & Finance
Betsy
Alvarez has a solid background and extensive
experience in all aspects of financial analysis
reporting, auditing, taxes, management advisory,
and accounting, and software system consulting.
Prior to joining CCM, she worked for one of the
largest local CPA firms, where she obtained a vast
experience in different industries, including real
estate. She served as vice-president and manager
at the Internal Audit Department of The Government
Development Bank for Puerto Rico, complementing
her experience in the areas of investments, local
government, federal funds, as well as compliance
audits for federal programs. For seven years she
successfully practiced as a consultant for many
different types of industries in the evaluation
and implementation of accounting systems,
management consulting services, auditing and
information system trainings.

Vimarie González González
Accounting
Mrs. González is responsible for managing the CCM’s accounting department since 2001. Her functions include preparation of periodic financial statements and reports, annual budgets and cash management. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico receiving a BBA in Accounting & Finance. During 2005, she completed an M.B.A. in Human Resources Administration & Accounting.
Angela Prieto
Human Resources
Ms. Prieto is
responsible for administrating the Human Resources
department in coordination with the Vice-
president of finance. She has a bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration with concentration in
Marketing and a Masters Degree in Human Resource
Administration. She also has a certification from
Advantage School of Personnel. She is an active
member of the Society of Human Resources
Association (SHRM), Chapter of PR.
Gladys Peña
Dept. of Purchasing
Gladys joined CCM already having over 15 years experience in the area of procurement management. Her goal is to save money and get the best quality products for the properties we manage. She is responsible for contracting the services and materials needed to optimize and maintain the properties in outstanding conditions, in order to create value. She has a Masters Degree of Phoenix University of PR in Business Administration with a concentration In Accounting.
Omar Collado
Manager - Santa Rosa Mall
Mr. Collado oversees
all of the mall's operations (maintenance,
service, human resources, management, budgeting,
tenant relationship management, improvements,
service contract administration, and security).
Mr. Collado has more than ten years of experience
in retail property management.
Jorge Vázquez
Operations
Mr. Vázquez is in charge of maintenance and floor operations for CCM properties. He is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, where he obtained a B.B.A. in Production Management.
Yvette
Meléndez
Director
of Leasing
Mrs. Meléndez is responsible for directing the CCM leasing department, including procurement, follow-up, and closing of all leasing activities. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Secretarial Sciences. She is a licensed real estate broker with over twenty years of experience in international sales and marketing for the retail industry.
Cindya Denis
Leasing Representative
Mrs. Cindya Denis is a licensed broker responsible for performing all Leasing activities. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and over 10 years of experience in Leasing Administration, Traffic, Domestic Commerce, Marketing and Management for the retail industry. Mrs. Denis is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Diana Calderón
Financial Analyst /
Loan Manager
Diana Calderón is
responsible for all aspects of commercial loan
origination and management. In addition, she also
specializes in financial analysis for new
developments. Diana completed a Bachelor’s of
Science in Economics from Boston College. Prior to
joining CCM, Mrs. Calderón worked in the local
banking sector, where she acquired vast experience
in commercial and construction financing.
Fray Quiñones
Support and Maintenance of
Information Systems
Mr. Quiñones is
responsible for all the support and maintenance of
CCM's Information Systems, including the
properties we manage. He works in coordination
with a top-notch consulting firm to maintain the
company up to date and running with the latest
technology in order to ascertain faster and more
effectient processes. He is a graduate of the
Inter American University with a degree in
Computer Science.
Richard Castro
Manager Centro del Sur
Mall, Monte Town Center & OfficeMax Property
Mr. Castro joined CCM after working for over
two decades in PRIDCO as an inspector. He has
a degree in Civil engineering. He is in charge
of the maintenance, security, tenant relation
management and operations of all of our
shopping centers and properties located at the
southern part of Puerto Rico.
Technical Staff
In addition to a top-notch management team, CCM
has an equally effective in - house technical crew
to maintain top conditions. We have electric
technicians, refrigeration technicians, and a
construction and plumbing crew, qualified through
experience to meet our demanding maintenance
needs.
