President

Jorge Fournier is the president of CCM Realty S en C. With us since 1991, Jorge Fournier is a commercial real estate specialist with a specialization in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and management of commercial real estate. Fournier is responsible for overseeing the general operations of the company; research, acquisition, development, and leasing, among other aspects.

Betsy Álvarez, CPA, MBA

Senior VP Operation & Finance

With us since 1998, Betsy Alvarez has a solid background and extensive experience in all aspects of financial analysis reporting, auditing, taxes, management advisory, and accounting, and software system consulting. Prior to joining CCM, she worked for one of the largest local CPA firms, where she obtained a vast experience in different industries, including real estate. She served as vice-president and manager at the Internal Audit Department of The Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, complementing her experience in the areas of investments, local government, federal funds, as well as compliance audits for federal programs. For seven years she successfully practiced as a consultant for many different types of industries in the evaluation and implementation of accounting systems, management consulting services, auditing and information system trainings.

Yvette Meléndez

Vice President of Leasing

Yvette Meléndez is Vice President of Leasing at CCM Puerto Rico. She joined the company in 1999 and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in PR. Her responsibilities include procurement, follow-up, and closing of all leasing activities at CCM. Yvette has over twenty years of experience in international sales and marketing in the retail industry. She worked for 14 years as Caribbean Business Manager for Estée Lauder and was instrumental in the roll out of the Lauder brands throughout the Caribbean. After a brief period as Sales and Marketing Manager for Elizabeth Arden Puerto Rico, Yvette crossed over to the retail aspect of the business as Vice President of ABC Netherlands. She was responsible for all sales and marketing activities for 20 stores throughout St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire and the Duty Free Stores at Luis Muñoz Marín Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Secretarial Sciences.


Salvador Yapur, BSCE, PE

VP Engineer in charge of new construction development

Salvador is a licensed engineer with a Bachelor’s in Science of Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of PR. Active member of the Puerto Rican Association of Engineers and Surveyors (CIAPR). He has more than 15 years of experience in the development of Residential and Infrastructure projects. He has a proven record supervising teams of Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers, General Contractors and subcontractors to successfully complete projects within the owner’s requirements. Recently completed the seminar titled “Photovoltaic System Installation” given by the CIAPR satisfactorily. He has the OSHA certification.


Noed O. Montes

Construction Engineer/Administration – Comercial 18, Plaza Las Vegas, Hatillo Town Center, Aguadilla Mall

With a degree from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico majoring in Science/Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Montes is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management. Past work experience includes working with the government agency known as the Puerto Rico Power Authority (AEE) as well as the Municipal Office of Guaynabo. Mr. Montes brings fresh ideas and a new outlook for the administration of the above commercial centers.


Omar Collado

Manager – Plaza 273, Oriental, 65 Infanteria Shopping Center, Reparto Metropolitano Shopping Center, Plaza Villa Blanca

Mr. Collado oversees all of the building’s operations (maintenance, service, management, budgeting, tenant relationship management, improvements, service contract administration, and security). Mr. Collado has been in the industry since 2001 with previous experience in a similar property management environment. He has the OSHA certification.


José H. Benítez, BSCE, MEM – Construction Management, EIT

Administrator: Plaza Caparra, Galería Paseos, Galería Juncos, Megaton, Montecasino, Eastern Plaza, Plaza Canóvanas

Mr. Benítez oversees all of the building’s operations (maintenance, service, human resources, management, budgeting, tenant relationship management, improvements, service contract administration, and security) of the shopping centers listed above. Mr. Benítez has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science Civil Engineering from the UPR-Mayaguez Campus and a Master Degree in Engineering Management with concentration in Construction Management from the Polytechnic University of PR. He is also certified as an Engineer in Training and member of CIAPR. His past work experience comes from the construction industry where he worked as a project engineer in residential development. He also worked as a resident auxiliary inspector in the expansion of a High School for the Authority of Public Buildings (AEP). He has the OSHA certification.


Luis Rentas

Operations Manager, Centro del Sur Mall, Monte Town Center and Office Max Property

Mr. Rentas has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UPR Mayagüez Campus. He is also a certified Project Manager with experience in the construction industry since 1994. His knowledge is mainly oriented to commercial construction, having completed a great number of projects from beginning to end, within budgets and deadlines.


Alan O. Muñoz, BSCE

Administrator: Santa Rosa Mall

Mr. Muñoz has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. Certificate and trained in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA for the Construction Industry. His past work experience comes from the construction industry where he worked as a project engineer and cost estimator in Leaf Structures and Glass Structures Corp, developing commercial and governmental projects He also worked as a steel structure designer in the remodeling of Parque de las Ciencias of Bayamon.


Nelson Camacho

Mr. Nelson Camacho has 32 years of experience and service for Commercial Centers Management. At the present time he is the Assistant Property Manager of Comercial 18 building in Santurce. Mr. Nelson Camacho has an extensive experience in lightweight construction, electrical and plumbing work.


Cindya Denis, MBA

Leasing Representative

Mrs. Cindya Denis is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in PR. She is responsible for performing Leasing activities at CCM. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a MBA Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management. She has over 12 years of experience in Leasing Administration, Traffic, Domestic Commerce, Marketing and Management for the retail industry. Mrs. Denis is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has recently become a member of the prestigious Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business Administration for her high scholastic attainments.


Angela Prieto, MBA

Human Resources Manager

Ms. Prieto is responsible for administrating the Human Resources department. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Administration. She also has a certification from Advantage School of Personnel. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Association (SHRM), Chapter of PR. She has the OSHA certification.


Gladys Peña, MBA

Purchasing Department

Gladys joined CCM already having over 15 years experience in the area of procurement management. Her goal is to save money and get the best quality products for the properties we manage. She is responsible for contracting the services and materials needed to optimize and maintain the properties in outstanding conditions, in order to create value. She has a Masters Degree from the University of Phoenix Puerto Rico in Business Administration with a concentration In Accounting.


Vimarie González, MBA

Accounting Manager

Mrs. González is responsible for the overall planning, organization, and managing of CCM’s accounting department since 2001. Her functions include overseeing the completion of the financial statements and reports, annual budgets, compliance of internal controls, and cash management. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico with a BBA in Accounting & Finance. She also has an MBA in Human Resources Administration and Accounting.


Yuraima Rivera de Jesús

Executive Assistant to the President

Mrs. Yuraima Rivera is a licensed Real Estate Saleswoman with experience in Management and Supervision since 2003. She is responsible for assisting and helping the President of the company in different areas and departments of the company such as, Research and Development, Leasing, Operations, Project Management and Tenant Representation. Mrs. Rivera is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.


Yolanda Lozada

Executive Assistant to Senior VP of Operations and Finance

Mrs. Lozada is responsible for assisting the Senior VP of Operations and Finance in the coordination of the administrative work for the company and the Information Systems to achieve corporate efficiency in our organization. Since 1992, Mrs. Lozada has acquired experience in office management and is with us since 1998.


Fray Quiñones

Information Technology Support & Maintenance

Mr. Quiñones is responsible for all Information Technology support and maintenance at CCM, including the properties we manage. He works in coordination with a top level consulting firm in order to keep our company up-to-date and operating with the latest technology to achieve fast and efficient procedures. He is a graduate of Universidad Interamericana with a degree in Computer Sciences.
